Brief History of The Department of Statistics

Date of establishment of the department:

  • General Course in 1997
  • Honours Course in 2001
  • At present there are 2 (Two) SACT, 2(two) honorary faculty member from Department of Mathematics.
  • At present there are 43 students in the Statistics honours course and more than 61 students in Statistics general course.
  • All the students appearing in the final university exam. Passed out successfully.

  • Department conducts the career enrichment program to guide the Students about their career
