• Original PAYMENT RECEIPT (Two Copies)
• Original Caste Certificate + 1 True Photocopy (Xerox)
• Original MARK SHEET-CLASS 12 + 1 True Photocopy (Xerox)
• Original ADMIT CARD- CLASS 10 / ANY Proof of Date of Birth+ 1 True Photocopy (Xerox)
• Original SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE issued by the institution from where he/she has passed class-12 examination + 1 True Photocopy (Xerox)
• Original EWS (Economically weaker section) CERTIFICATE or BPL Ration Card. Only those CERTIFICATE issued by Competent Govt. authority not below the rank of BDO (BDO/SDO/DM/DWO) are accepted by CU. + 1 True Photocopy (Xerox)
• If the CANDIDATE passed CLASS 12 BEFORE 2024 – Break of Study Certificate / TC from other institution in ORIGINAL. + 1 True Photocopy (Xerox)
• If CANDIDATE is registered under University of Calcutta- Original CU Registration Certificate. + 1 True Photocopy (Xerox)
• If CANDIDATE is registered under any other University/ Institute- Original Migration Certificate+ 1 True Photocopy (Xerox)
