CU REGISTRATION FOR 1st SEMESTER STUDENTS

All the students admitted in the 1st Semester, 2018 in this college are directed to fill up their CU Registration Form on line and submit the hard copy with the following documents to the College office in any working day between 12.30 pm and 3.30 pm.

  1. TWO COPIES OF PRINT OUT OF REGISTRSTION FORM
  2. PHOTOCOPY OF ADMIT CARD OF CLASS-X
  3. PHOTOCOPY OF ADMIT CARD AND MARK SHEET OF CLASS-XII
  4. PHOTOCOPY OF CASTE CERTIFICATE
  5. PHOTOCOPY OF ADDHAR CARD
  6. PHOTOCOPY OF PH CERTIFICATE
  7. ONE COPY OF PASSPORT COLOUR PHOTO
