Call for Tenders; excursion; Department of Geography

The principal, Surendranth college, Kolkata-9 invites sealed tender from enlisted suppliers for services listed in scheduled.
The last date for the receipt of the bid is 18.08.14 up to 12 noon. The tender should be dropped in the tender box in principal’s office or to the department of Geography during office hour. For any clarification the firm may contact the undersigned/ administrative office during hours.

SCHEDULE:

  • Arrangement of a  8 nights  9 days educational excursion tour for Shillong, (Meghalaya) for Eighty three (83) ±5 students, Five (5) teacher and two (2) non teaching staff.
  • Arrangement of renowned secured hotel.
  • Provide a list of schools and colleges conducted educational tour by the travel agent.
  • Providing food, lodging and point private transportation for the entire tour, field work and sightseeing as required.
  • Supply Mouza map or ward map and local census data.
  • Arrangement of concessional railway tickets of sleeper class (necessary documents will be provide by the college) for onward and return journey.
